General physical training:

- A regular physical training is needed and to observe some rules of dietetics is important to increase the level of performances and to decrease the risks of injuries.

 

Advance technical training:

- Improve their knowledge on mechanics and motor.

 

Pre-race mechanic and check list:

The national riders need godd performance on a national level to go on section 3 (International Pro training)
